How can I help you organize a Plant free routine?

All packages include Free initial phone consultation (to determine if my services are right for you) and client setup. In setup we discuss your health concerns, goals, strengths, weaknesses, and current lifestyle challenges; An organic simple and systematic course of action that allows for a Healthy lifestyle change. All packages when purchased contain sessions that are 60 minutes and can be split into two 30 minute sessions when necessary. All packages include a post follow up to each session to discuss and support concerns. Cycle talks* require the client to be cycling sufficient and personally prepared. Basic Cycle setup** is also available to check form on the bike to optimize performance and ergonomics. All cycle talks in my program are performed aerobically. Aerobic Training*** can be multiple hours if needed and are structured to build, support and cultivate mitochondrial health. Discounts on up grades after initial session. Food diary’s are recommend until personal routines established. Live video chats coming soon for all programs.

Cycle coaching $1,000.00

Three month plan. Weekly sessions including phone, walk & cycle talk, aerobic training***, and one food shopping trip. Systematic elimination food plan organized to optimize Health concerns. Warm up, cool down and Pre sleep routines that optimize function & recovery. A dynamic weekly training plan organized to build strength, endurance, and maximizing recovery. Heart rate and power meters are tools we can use but are Not required and must be provided by the client.
