The Health Perspective
Eliminate the stimulus- Hyperpalatable foods, Toxic plants, plastics and products.
Common and conventional Toxic compounds (endocrine disruptors & nutrient blockers): zearalenone (ZEA), gluten proteins, phytoestrogens, lectins, phytates, tannins, saponins, oxalates, phthalates, parabens and oxybenzone. Just to name a few!
“Chronic disease is a result of plant toxicity, malnutrition and a species inappropriate diet.”
— Anthony Chaffee MD
Nuts, grains and Seeds are protected against predation
Chemical compounds that protect “plant babies” will promote inflammation in the gut, interfering with the absorption of vitamins and minerals. This leads to malnutrition and metabolic disease.
Artificial Sweeteners and Colors
Artificial chemicals have no energetic value and use in the body. These chemicals are toxic to the digestive system, proper insulin utilization and hormone response.
Plastics and Non-stick cook ware
Using plastic is dangerous! Food heated on non-stick surfaces become toxic. Nano plastics (example: Xenoestrogens) leech into cooked food, bottled water, and fast food packaging, promoting hormone disfunction.
Plants are at War
Common Toxic chemicals present in plant fibers are Lectins, Cyanide, Phytates, Tannins, Saponins, Oxalates, phytoestrogens, and protease inhibitors. Plants like animals don’t want to be eaten. Common Example of plants: night shades.
Why use a Microwave?
Do you actually enjoy food cooked in that thing?
Beauty products
Common Toxic chemicals for example, Oxybenzone, phthalates, and parabens, found in products are hormone disruptors.
“Our bodies are the masters of chemical compensation. We can live a good life for many years until our bodies are unable to preform those chemical compensations properly. Clearly malnutrition, metabolic disease and disfunction are a problem in our societies world wide.”

FAQs
-
Almonds contain cyanide and phytates that disrupt the bodies ability to absorb vitamins.
-
Oxalates are a chemicals found in many foods that forms harmful acidic components that cause kidney stones, promote inflammation, and oxidative stress .
-
The body stores oxalates very well. Eating Calcium rich foods and Exercise. Foods like bone broth, dairy and fish. Remember to stay hydrated with electrolytes when involved in heavy exercise.
-
Kidney stones, Grainy looking stools, cloudy urine, gum inflammation, swollen achy joints, rash and flaky skin, poor circulation, mood changes, fatigue and bone pain.
-
The body requires Saturated fats to create your steroid hormones. For example: Testosterone, Estrogen, progestin, glucocorticoids, and mineralocorticoids.
-
The body has no metabolic need for fiber. Can you name one process in the body that requires it?
-
Our bodies make carbohydrates in liver when needed through a process called gluconeogenesis.
-
Fruit contains fructose and has no positive benefits to metabolic function; is the source many metabolic disfunctions in our bodies. Cancer cells love it when we eat Fructose!!!
-
These sugar substitutes trigger and promote metabolic disfunctions; the users generally over eat the hyperpalatable foods that contain the substituted sugar. Hyperpalatable foods contain overly processed ingredients, their nutritional value has been degraded by heat and pressure.
-
Avoid all Vegetable fats. Animals fats are what you should consume. Primarily fats from ruminant animals.
-
Mold from grains.
ZEA is a prevalent estrogenic mycotoxins, produced by Fusarium fungi and effects the reproductive capacity of animals. Exposure of farm animals to ZEA is a global public health concern because of its toxicity and wide distribution in animal feeds.
-
Is a toxic ingredient in sunscreens that are sold in the US. implemented as a possible endocrine disruptor.
-
Ruminants are hoofed herbivorous that are able to acquire nutrients from plant-based food by fermenting it in a specialized stomach prior to digestion, principally through microbial actions
-
A diet that its body is able to consume and digest.
Better questions are: “Do we really digest the cellulose from plants, what we call fiber? How does undigested fiber Benefit the body?!” We are Monogastric animals.
-
Most Cows are grass fed for most of their lives and fed grains in order to fatten the animal. Chickens and pigs are generally fed grains - an inappropriate and not evolutionary to the species. Grains are not benefiting the animals health - much like Humans!
-
Chickens and pigs are monogastric while cows are polygastric. Monogastric animals are not able to completely digest fiber while polygastric animals show complete digestibility.
Humans are also monogastric!!
-
Absolutely not!
A balanced diet is a construct developed by Big Business to keep the population confused and polluted with contradictory concepts and theories.
Name one species on our planet that follows this concept besides humans.
-
The liver, gallbladder and pancreas.
Shows how important fat is! Our body naturally has 3 major organs dedicated to fat metabolism.
-
Fermented and aged foods, processed meats, alcohol, aged cheese, dairy, fruits (dried, tomatoes, avocados), eggplant, spinach, legumes, nuts, seeds, and food dyes.
-
Humans are monogastric and do Not ferment vegetables very well. Fiber in plants disrupts Metabolic Health and is deadly. Sugar damages the glycobiome.
